Refund Policy

At Oriential, we strive to deliver exceptional services that meet our clients’ needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services, which include monthly, annual, ongoing subscriptions, and custom projects.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund Requests: Customers may request a refund no later than 7 calendar days after a payment has been made.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Setup fees, administrative fees, and any other costs explicitly stated as non-refundable in the service agreement are not eligible for refunds.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or offered as credit toward future services, depending on the client’s preference and the specific agreement.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Fixed-rate and Hour-based Models: The first month of any form of Marketing subscription begins when the work plan/strategy is accepted by the Customer and lasts for 30 days. If the subscription is not renewed, no refund will be provided for any unused hours.
  • Custom Projects and One-Time Services: Refunds are only available if the refund request is made within 7 days of payment and before the service has commenced or as per the specific agreement between Oriential and the Customer.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a service is canceled partway through the subscription or project, and Oriential has not yet delivered the full scope of services, a partial refund may be granted at Oriential’s discretion, reflecting the proportion of work not completed.

4. Special Circumstances

In exceptional situations, Oriential may consider offering a refund outside of this standard policy, particularly if Oriential falls behind schedule or fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Customers will be notified once the refund has been issued.

6. Amendments

Oriential reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will be effective immediately upon posting.

To cancel a subscription, users can follow these steps:

Subscription Cancellation Process

  1. Contact Support: Users must contact Oriential’s support team via email at support@oriential.com.
  2. Provide Subscription Details: Users should include their full name, subscription ID, and the specific service or package they wish to cancel in their request.
  3. Cancellation Confirmation: After receiving the cancellation request, Oriential’s support team will process it within 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the user, acknowledging the cancellation and providing the effective date of cancellation.
  4. Final Billing and Refund Eligibility: If the cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of payment, users may be eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined in the Refund Policy. If the request is made after this period, the cancellation will be processed for the next billing cycle, and the user will not be charged for subsequent months.
  5. Continued Access Until End of Billing Cycle: Users will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period. Once the period ends, access to the services will be discontinued. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
