Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business or organisation, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website URL, project or enquiry details, budget/timing context, application information, correspondence, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

If you apply for a role, collaboration or other opportunity, we may also process information you submit about your experience, availability, location and suitability for that opportunity.

We receive information when you submit our Start form, contact us by email or WhatsApp, use an application route shown on our Join page, communicate with us about a project, or provide information during an active client or collaborator relationship.

The website may also receive ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security-related logs from WordPress, hosting or security services.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare and deliver agreed work, manage client and collaborator relationships, recruit for open opportunities, operate and secure the website, keep business records, meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.

Information submitted through the native Start form is used to create an enquiry email for Oriential. Applications submitted through the Join page are sent to Oriential’s recruitment inbox for review, including any optional CV file you choose to attach. The public website theme does not intentionally create a public account or keep an applicant database from these submissions.

If a separate CRM, recruitment or email system is connected later, that provider may process the information needed to deliver the relevant service and this policy will be updated where required.

The public website may use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage required for WordPress, security, language or interface behaviour. Logged-in WordPress users may receive WordPress authentication and preference cookies.

We do not describe optional analytics, advertising or profiling cookies as active unless they are actually enabled. If we add non-essential tracking that requires consent, we will update this policy and the website consent controls before relying on it.
