In these Terms, “Oriential”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ORIENTIAL LTD.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or connected systems, introduce malicious code, abuse automated access, fraudulently misuse the website, or commercially copy protected content without permission.

We try to keep public information accurate and current, but general website content is informational and does not by itself create a binding quotation, guarantee or contract. A project becomes binding only through the relevant signed or otherwise accepted commercial arrangement.

A website enquiry is only an enquiry. It is not an automatic quote, proposal or agreement. Before paid work starts, the applicable scope, price, payment structure, responsibilities and other material terms must be agreed through the appropriate commercial process.

If these general Terms conflict with a project-specific arrangement, the more specific controlling document applies in the following general order: signed agreement or amendment; signed Project Assignment where applicable; approved written project-specific variation; then these general website Terms, subject to applicable law.

Oriential will provide the work described in the agreed scope. Work not stated as included is not automatically included. Material changes to scope, price, timing or third-party costs must be agreed before the changed work is treated as part of the project.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content and access, timely decisions and consolidated approvals, and for ensuring they have the right to supply materials they ask Oriential to use.

Project dates are estimates unless expressly identified as fixed contractual deadlines. Timelines may move because of late client input, approved scope changes, third-party services, platform decisions or events outside reasonable control.

The binding price and payment schedule are the ones agreed for the project. An invoice is not payment; payment is complete when cleared funds are received and retained. Oriential may make work, launch or final handover conditional on the corresponding cleared payment where the agreed payment schedule says so.

Hosting, domains, software, platforms, payment providers, advertising networks and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, pricing and decisions. Oriential does not control those providers and does not guarantee their continued availability or performance.

Clients keep ownership of material they already own. Oriential keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable systems, code libraries, tools and other pre-existing materials. Ownership or licence terms for final project deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Oriential will only use client work publicly in accordance with the permission agreed for that project and any applicable confidentiality obligations.

Oriential will perform agreed work with reasonable care and skill but does not guarantee revenue, sales, leads, rankings, bookings, platform approvals or other outcomes controlled by customers, markets, algorithms, third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any liability allocation for a paid project is governed by the project-specific agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this website excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund Policy and in the project-specific agreement. If they differ, the controlling project-specific terms apply subject to law.

Unless a project-specific agreement lawfully states otherwise, these website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes relating only to these website Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms when our website, services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date on this page shows the current public version.
