At Oriential, we strive to deliver exceptional services that meet our clients’ needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services, which include monthly, annual, ongoing subscriptions, and custom projects.

1. General

All work is based on time, effort, and delivered improvements.
Because of this, refunds are limited once work has started.


2. Free Audit

The free audit has no cost, so no refund applies.


3. Paid Work

Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable.
This includes improvements, branding work, or full builds.


4. Before Work Starts

If payment is made but work has not started yet, you may request a full refund.


5. Scope Changes

If the project scope changes, pricing may be adjusted.
Refunds are not issued for completed work.


6. Exceptions

In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered.
This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
